You will support the delivery of innovative new products by carrying out laboratory testing, analysing results and providing technical input to research and development projects.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with Technical, Manufacturing, Quality and Commercial teams, helping to generate reliable data that drives product development and continuous improvement.
No two days are likely to be the same. One day you could be preparing formulations and conducting laboratory trials, while the next you could be analysing results, writing reports and contributing to project discussions.
Experience within product development, chemical formulation, chemical manufacturing, ISO quality systems or Design of Experiments (DoE) would be advantageous but is not essential.
