Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting for a Development Chemist to join a chemicals manufacturing company at their site near Sheffield on a full time, permanent basis. You will work within the Technical Department to maintain and develop products and liaise with the sales team and customers to understand requirements.

The role involves testing trial and production samples for quality control and helping to produce Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or similar.
• Minimum 2 years experience in formulation or emulsion chemistry.
• Ability to test trial and production samples for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Technical Department to maintain and develop products.
• Liaise with sales team and customers to understand requirements.
• Test trial samples and production samples for quality control purposes.
• Help to produce Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets.
