We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Quote to Cash Administrator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing billing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering cross-functional partnerships. Your role in our mission

• Manage daily operations of our global Apttus Billing Platform, ensuring seamless administration and support.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Oversee processing and review of customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and participate in platform enhancement requests.
• Build partnerships with the Salesforce team, leading training initiatives and documentation.
• Support user experience improvements by analyzing trends and designing targeted training strategies.

Valued skills and experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and persistent in overcoming obstacles.
• Excellent communication skills for internal engagement.
• Proficiency with IT systems, ensuring data integrity and effective solutions.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including pivots, databases, and data manipulation.
• Experience as a billing manager or with order entry, especially in Salesforce and/or Apttus Quote to Cash platforms.
