Your role in our mission:

• Manage daily operations of our global Apttus Billing Platform.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Oversee the processing of customer orders and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and process enhancements.
• Build partnerships with the Salesforce team for training and documentation.
• Support user experience improvements through trend analysis and targeted training.
