This pivotal role involves optimizing global billing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. Your role in our mission

• Architect daily operations: Manage the seamless administration and support of our global Apttus Billing Platform.
• Empower financial excellence: Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Drive order lifecycle: Oversee processing and review of customer orders, suborders, and renewals.
• Innovate and enhance: Contribute to system improvements and platform enhancement requests.
• Foster collaboration: Partner with the Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Transform user experience: Support Level 1 topics, analyze trends, and implement training strategies.

Valued skills and experience

• Analytical prowess: Strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Precision & persistence: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and persistent.
• Communication mastery: Effective internal communication skills.
• System fluency: Proficiency in IT systems and data integrity.
• Reporting skills: Expert in Excel/Sheets, pivots, databases, and data manipulation.
• Quote to Cash experience: Several years in billing management, with Salesforce and/or Apttus platforms.
