Your role in our mission

• Manage daily operations of our global Apttus Billing Platform.
• Collaborate with Accounting to manage customer orders, renewals, and invoicing.
• Oversee processing of customer orders and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and platform enhancements.
• Build partnerships with Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Support user experience improvements through analysis and targeted training.
