Job summary

KD Recruitment Limited are recruiting for a Quotations & Estimating Coordinator in the Hull area. You will turn customer requirements into accurate, competitive quotations, coordinating with Account Management and operational teams, ensuring costs are properly calculated.

The role focuses on producing timely quotes, reviewing briefs, and maintaining pricing consistency across CRM and estimating systems within a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, quotations, costing, pricing or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, print, packaging, engineering or production environments is advantageous.
• Strong numerical skills with cost data and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely customer quotations.
• Review briefs and information from Account Management.
• Calculate costs across materials, design, labour, production time and other costs.
• Create bespoke quotations based on customer requirements.
• Prioritise estimates according to needs and deadlines.
• Support with quotations for new and existing customers.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and colleagues for data and information.
• Maintain CRM and estimating systems with accurate data.
• Ensure consistency across pricing and estimating processes.
