Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Dudley is seeking a Query Analyst to join our team. You will handle disputes, validate data, and resolve issues in line with the dispute management process.

You’ll provide high-quality customer service, manage purchase orders, refunds, and credit notes, and work with internal stakeholders. Full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling disputes and resolving data issues within a defined process.
• Experience supporting customer service with data validation and repayments/refunds.
• Proficiency with MS Office and IT systems for daily admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to deal with complaints linked to accounts.
• Manage Purchase Orders and related documentation.
• Deal with customer refunds and credit notes.
• Control and monitor daily query levels.
• Highlight and escalate process gaps.
• Handle inbound calls.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc administration duties.

The Role:

As a Query Analyst, you will be responsible for dealing with disputes, validating data and resolving issues in line with the dispute management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing a high level of customer service to deal with complaints linked to accounts
• Managing Purchase Orders
• Dealing with customer refunds and credit notes
• Controlling and monitoring daily query levels
• Highlighting and escalating process gaps
• Handling inbound calls
• Developing good relationships with internal stakeholders
• Any other ad hoc administration duties

• Experience in using systems such as iCABS, Onguard and SOP or similar
• Experience in dealing with high-volume inbound calls
• Experience working within a customer service environment
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
