Rentokil Initial is hiring a Contact Centre Trainer to join our team in Birmingham or Dudley. You will coach and train new staff, deliver classroom and virtual training, and ensure adherence to company standards.

This full-time role (37.5 hours weekly) offers a base salary of £28,704 with potential OTE £31,224, relocation support up to £5,000, RI Rewards, private healthcare, and a company pension. Training is a core focus to empower our teams.

• Previous experience in a training environment or similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver both classroom and virtual training with confidence.

Responsabilités

• Coaching and training new staff members to meet company standards.

The Contact Centre Trainer Role

As a Trainer within our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for coaching and training new staff members. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring employees are adhering to our high company standards


• Supporting new hires and inducting them appropriately


• Providing classroom and virtual-based training


• Ensuring that training courses are delivered so colleagues understand the expectations


• Conducting quality and call monitoring checks to ensure training has been delivered successfully


• Providing feedback to individuals and supporting colleagues where required


• Understanding all contact centre procedures and processes


• Supporting senior members of the team in coaching and quality monitoring


• Supporting the rollout of new processes


• Continually reviewing and amending training modules


• Undertaking other projects and duties as required

• Previous experience in a similar role or experience in a training environment would be desirable


• Previous experience in a contact centre environment is preferred


• Ability to develop and inspire others


• Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues


• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills


• Excellent IT Skills


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment


• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
