Job summary

Allison Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple residential developments across the region, delivering projects on time, within budget and in line with business objectives. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will lead commercial aspects and mentor junior team members.

Ideal candidates will have significant QS experience in housebuilding, strong cost planning, procurement and subcontract management, and excellent financial reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Significant quantity surveying experience within housebuilding or residential development.
• Strong cost planning, procurement and subcontract management expertise.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple developments simultaneously.
• The ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional membership of RICS, or working towards membership.

We’re interested in hearing from experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors or established Quantity Surveyors ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll ideally have:

• Significant quantity surveying experience within housebuilding or residential development
• Strong cost planning, procurement and subcontract management expertise
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial reporting skills
• Experience managing multiple developments simultaneously
• The ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
• HNC, HND or Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
• Full UK driving licence

Professional membership of RICS, or working towards membership, would be advantageous.
