Zusammenfassung

RSE in Warrington is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Asset Management team on a permanent basis. You will help deliver financial and commercial aspects of water industry projects, working with an established team to manage budgets, variations and subcontract activities.

Key duties include preparing Bills of Quantities, handling payments, reviewing scope changes, managing sub-contracts and producing internal financial reports in collaboration with the project delivery team.

Qualifikationen

• RICS qualification or equivalent in Surveying/Construction/Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs to prepare Bills of Quantities/Schedules of Rates.
• Experience in contract final accounts, valuations and variations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Activity Schedules, Bills of Quantities and Resource profiling.
• Prepare Applications for Payment for submission to Client(s).
• Review project scopes, notify and prepare variations as needed.
• Sub-contract administration including drafting documents and negotiating final account.
• Analyse commercial progress with the project delivery team.
• Prepare internal financial reports and reconciliation.
• Negotiate final accounts with Client(s).
