Job summary

You’ll work through the full lifecycle from early contractor involvement to handover, ensuring commercial viability and compliant delivery for high-profile schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience and knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience supporting commercial management through full project lifecycle.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust cost management with accurate reports and data.
• Support procurement activities and supply chain engagement.
• Assist with subcontractor and supplier management and tendering.
• Work with delivery teams to drive value and efficiency.
• Support clients to maximise opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support the development of junior commercial team members.
