Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver commercial and contractual management for large water and infrastructure projects. You will support water companies, manage cost, risk, and procurement activities, and lead client relationships across the programme.

Ideally MRICS with a Quantity Surveying degree and experience of NEC contracts, you will operate within a consultancy environment, balancing technical and commercial responsibilities and delivering value for clients and

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor, ideally MRICS, with a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience working with NEC Contracts and other target cost or cost reimbursable contracts.
• Experience delivering commercial and contractual elements of heavy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Contract Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Water Companies in delivering large capital programmes, providing an essential service and improving the environment.
• Provide commercial support to a large project or programme of works and ensure robust cost management.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships across the organisation and ensure delivery to contract requirements.
