4Site Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious high-end residential project on the Hampshire/Surrey borders.

You will take commercial responsibility on elements of the build, manage procurement and payments, and work closely with site and commercial teams to keep the project on track. The role suits someone with 4–5 years in main contracting, a sound grasp of cost control and subcontractor management, and a desire to progress into the super-prime residential market.

Qualifications

• Around 4-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Main contracting background is essential.
• Residential experience beneficial but not essential.
• Sound understanding of subcontractor management, procurement and cost control.
• Commercially minded and keen to develop career.
• Able to commute to the Hampshire area.

Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential

Location: Hampshire / Surrey Borders

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Package

4Site Recruitment is working with one of our longest-standing clients to find a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious high-end residential project in the Hampshire area.

This is an established construction business with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional residential projects, where quality, attention to detail and the standard of finish are key. Having worked with the company for a number of years, we know the business well and can offer a genuine insight into the team, the projects and what makes it a good place to work.

They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with around 4-5 years minimum experience in main contracting, who wants to take the next step in their career. You don't need previous super prime experience. If you've built your experience in general residential construction and want to move into a more bespoke, high-value environment, this could be a great opportunity.
