Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Sizewell Link Road Project team based in Kelsale, Suffolk. You will support the delivery by reviewing lifecycle forecasts, challenging cost assumptions and developing robust estimates of the remaining works across Contract periods.

The role focuses on establishing cost certainty, identifying opportunities for efficiency and supporting contract teams to deliver lifecycle obligations within the adjudicated budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in cost forecasting and commercial analysis.
• Procurement experience and contractual interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Managing cost value reconciliation and preparing monthly reports.
• Producing quarterly forecasts to ensure expenditure aligns with contractual obligations.
• Leading procurement activities and supporting the delivery of cost reduction opportunities.
• Managing change processes and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Administering subcontracts and building collaborative relationships with site teams and stakeholders.
