Job summary

Ross & Ross is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team working on residential, heritage and hospitality projects. You’ll help manage budgets, cost plans and tendering, ensuring value and timely delivery.

Based in Hungerford with regular travel to sites within about an hour’s drive, the role offers scope to grow with the practice and engage with captivating projects across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience or a relevant Project Management qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Solid experience with Excel and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk, value management and cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed elemental cost plans for projects.
• Put together tender documents and market readiness.
