Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for refurbishment projects across heritage and public sector sites in Plymouth. The role focuses on valuations, cost reporting and maintaining contractual relationships, with site visits when required.

You will join a fast-growing, family-run firm offering hybrid work, a £5k car allowance, and opportunities for training and progression on multi-million-pound projects.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a thriving, rapidly growing, family-run company, with the opportunity to work on exciting refurbishment projects across heritage, defence and public sector sites?

In this role you will be working as a Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits. You will be mainly working on refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to work in an ambitious company, who wants to be at the forefront of large-scale, bespoke multi-million-pound projects.

The Role:
