My client seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager who is approaching taking the APC to become RICS qualified to join them in their office in their Birmingham office. Projects are generally of high value and there is a particular need currently for people to work on cladding remediation projects for large residential buildings along with other residential, education, healthcare and some commercial projects. You will either be a Quantity Surveyor with an interest in project management and with a couple of years or more post graduation experience or you may be a Project Manager who has a good handle on the cost management side of projects and with a couple of years experience.
