TED RECRUITMENT is assisting a Birmingham-based multi-disciplinary firm in sourcing a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager. The role focuses on cost management across high-value residential, education, healthcare and commercial projects, with a current emphasis on cladding remediation for large residential buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, contract administration and procurement across mixed-use projects.
• Ability to prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documentation.
• Experience with JCT contracts and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-value residential and remediation projects including cladding works.
• Assist or lead on cost management aspects of projects and participate in meetings.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, tender documentation and procure contractors and suppliers.
