Job summary

TED Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join a City of London team working on high value residential, education, healthcare and some commercial projects. APC toward RICS qualification is expected with 2+ years post-graduation experience.

Role includes cost management, cost plans, tendering, and contract administration for cladding remediation and other project work. Excellent progression prospects and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Two years post-graduation experience with a firm of consultants or PQS.
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field is essential.
• Candidate should be working towards APC and RICS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documents.
• Procure contractors and suppliers.
• Cost control, contract administration and financial reporting throughout projects.
