Job summary

Kenton Black are recruiting a permanent Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor in Aberdeen. The role focuses on commercial management across multiple projects, from tender through final account, with a strong emphasis on cost control and value delivery.

You will prepare bills of quantities, subcontract packages and valuation reports, maintain contract commercial aspects, and identify commercial risks and opportunities while collaborating with site teams and consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the main contracting environment.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and procedures.
