Job summary

Avove is expanding its Commercial Team in Newry, with a full-time permanent role based from our Newry office and flexible home working. A full valid driving license is a prerequisite, and NEC3/NEC4 contract experience is highly valued.

You will support the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with Avove systems, manage budgets and contracts, and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors while contributing to tenders and bids.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 Contracts (target cost, fixed price, or cost reimbursable) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with Avove systems, processes, and procedures.
• Managing budgets, financial reports and contracts to help each project succeed.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Preparing accurate financial statements and monitoring performance.
• Supporting Business Development by contributing to tenders and bids.
