The initial phase involves designing and constructing a 15GWh lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility, with ancillary buildings and extensive site infrastructure.

Upon completion, this facility will be among the largest battery production sites in the UK, capable of supplying nearly half of the country's projected automotive battery needs by the early 2030s.

The Quantity Surveyor – MEP – Major Project

• Recognized QS with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash management
• Assist with commercial packages for MEP
• Manage procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontractor packages to final account
• Minimize risk and costs while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials
• Experience across various sectors in construction and civil engineering, working with main contractors

Your Profile

• Experience managing MEP packages from pre-contract to post-contract stages
• Ability to analyze data and apply strategic judgment
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
