The Quantity Surveyor role – MEP – Major project

• Experience as a recognized QS with strong commercial awareness, focusing on profit and cash management
• Assist with the commercial packages for the MEP
• Manage various commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and management of subcontract works packages through to final account
• Keen to minimise risk and cost while maximising value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials
• Broad experience in construction and civil engineering sectors, working with main contracting organisations

Your profile

• Knowledge and experience in managing MEP packages
• Pre-contract and post-contract experience
• Ability to interpret and apply internal and external data strategically
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
