The Quantity Surveyor – MEP – Major Project

• Recognized Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash flow.
• Assist with commercial packages for MEP.
• Manage aspects such as procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontractor packages through to final account.
• Keen to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
• Experience across various sectors in construction and civil engineering, working with main contracting organizations.

Your Profile

• Experience managing MEP packages from pre-contract to post-contract.
• Ability to analyze data and apply sound judgment to strategic decisions.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
