Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Manchester team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work across a diverse mix of residential, education, blue light, commercial and heritage sectors.

You will deliver pre- and post-contract QS services, prepare cost plans and tender documents, administer contracts under JCT and manage project budgets while working with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• MRICS status or working towards it is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
• Administer contracts under JCT and other standard forms.
• Manage project budgets and control costs throughout lifecycles.

I'm currently partnering with a leading Construction Consultancy that's experiencing sustained growth within their Quantity Surveying team. They're now seeking a project level Quantity Surveyor to join their established Manchester team.

The Role

You'll be working on a diverse range of building projects across the a variety of sectors including residential, education, blue light and heritage, supporting both public and private clients. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in delivering some of the region's most high-profile schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

About You
