Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying or construction discipline
• Professional membership (e.g. RICS) or working towards equivalent accreditation

Responsibilities

• Commercial management and cost control across work packages
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts and cost reporting
• Manage valuations, applications for payment and commercial assessments
• Monitor package performance and costs to support governance
