Qualifications

• Senior QS with proven delivery on large contracts.
• Solid construction industry commercial experience.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience managing variations and secure repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the successful commercial outcome of this key nuclear industry project.
• Commercial responsibility for the contract management and delivery.
• Managing variations and changes with customers.
• Working as part of an experienced commercial team.
• Developing key relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes.
