Job summary

Civil Works Alliance seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support the Sizewell C project, delivering robust commercial governance and contract administration across a major programme. You will manage PSCs, maintain records, and ensure financial controls while coordinating with Commercial, Finance, Delivery and Functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management and contract administration.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Understanding of delegated authority frameworks and approvals.
• Experience with financial controls and reporting in major projects.
• Background as Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure environments and ERP/workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial administration and governance support for ASTOC portfolio.
• Manage PSCs including Mobilizations, amendments, extensions, and close-outs.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and contractual information.
• Support delegated authority frameworks and governance controls.
• Coordinate CRFs and approvals within delegated processes.
• Assist with IR35 compliance and related insurance activities
• Administer commercial workflows in SAP and Unifier, ensuring data integrity
• Produce governance reports, MI, and performance metrics
• Support audits and maintain audit trails
• Build strong relationships with Commercial, Finance, Delivery and Functional teams
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
