Advance TRS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a newly forming team based in Tunbridge Wells. You will work on a diverse portfolio of public and private sector infrastructure projects across Kent, Surrey and Sussex, while engaging with national clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• RICS membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation across the full lifecycle of projects.
• Gathering and analysing data to define client and stakeholder needs.
• Producing analysis and benchmarking reports that promote value for money and identify cost trends.
• Championing innovation and driving continuous improvement across teams.
• Supporting or leading the development of tools that integrate data and cost outputs.
• Administering contracts to maintain commercial control and compliance.
• Managing contract change collaboratively and effectively per project needs.
