Job summary

Advance TRS in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a newly forming team working on a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects across Kent, Surrey and Sussex, with national client engagements.

The role covers cost planning, data analysis and contract administration across NEC and other forms, with hybrid working, structured training and clear opportunities for progression within a supportive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roles on large capital programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation across project lifecycles.
• Gather and analyse data to define client needs.
• Produce reports to promote value for money and cost trends.
• Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop tools that integrate data, dashboards and unit cost analyses.
• Administer contracts to maintain commercial control and compliance.
• Manage contract change collaboratively as needed.
