Catering in Milton Keynes is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. You will support the commercial management of multiple contracts, with NEC contract exposure, and work alongside experienced colleagues to drive profitable project delivery.

Based in Milton Keynes with regional travel, the role offers a salary of £48,000–£58,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, discretionary bonus, private healthcare, and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways, traffic management, utilities or civil engineering.
• Experience administering NEC contracts preferred.
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of projects from award to final account.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications and variations.
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts to maximise performance.
• Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
