Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the residential commercial team. You will take ownership of two traditional build housing developments, overseeing procurement, cost reporting and final accounts.

The role requires strong commercial and contractual knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with site and commercial colleagues to deliver on time and within budget.

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within housebuilding.
• Traditional build residential experience is essential.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

Quantity Surveyor - Milton Keynes
£60,000-£65,000 + £5,300 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus
We're working with a leading residential developer looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes commercial team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of two traditional build housing developments, reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.
This role would suit an established residential QS who is comfortable taking ownership of their projects and managing the full commercial process from procurement through to final accounts.

• Valuations and payments
• Managing variations and controlling project costs
• Working closely with site and commercial teams
• Reporting into the Commercial Manager

What we're looking for:
