Job summary

Bimplus is seeking Assistant, Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our Sunderland office. The role supports or leads projects through the full lifecycle, working with NEC/JCT contracts and a strong emphasis on client relations.

Travel across the North East is expected, with a flexible hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 at home). The successful candidates will benefit from APC support, ongoing professional development and a clear path toward MRICS, with a diverse portfolio spanning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or-equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS status or working towards MRICS is preferred.
• Experience in a consultancy/PQS environment is desirable.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Work with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Manage projects with SN across North East to maximise client relationships.
• Develop professionally and work towards chartership where not already qualified.
