Brandon James is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for its Sunderland office to deliver pre and post-contract cost management across a diverse North East portfolio. You’ll work from feasibility through to final account, with APC support and MRICS progression in a collaborative consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction qualification.
• 2–3 years' consultancy or client-side experience.
• Knowledge of pre and post-contract cost management and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs across the project lifecycle from feasibility to final account.
• Lead procurement, valuations and cost reporting.
• Contract administration and Employer's Agent services across sectors.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and project teams.
