Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited partners with a reputable contractor in Milton Keynes to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for EWI projects across the Midlands and South. You will manage commercial and financial aspects from tender through final account, with valuations, variations and cost reports, while monitoring budgets and cash flow.

The role requires proven QS experience in construction, strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills, plus a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or façades sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Midlands and South.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial aspects of multiple EWI projects from tender to final account.
• Prepare valuations, variations and cost reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow; build strong client relationships.
