The role requires proven QS experience, a construction-related degree, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across the Midlands and South.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or façade/insulation sectors.
• A construction-related degree or other relevant construction qualification would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across project sites in the Midlands and South.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple EWI projects from tender through to final account.
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports; monitoring budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supporting the senior leadership team with strategic growth plans.
