Cormac is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver tendering and quantity surveying activities. You'll lead the bid process, prepare accurate costings, and ensure compliance with company governance.

We are seeking a experienced Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building and construction industry to play a pivotal role in managing and delivering our tendering and quantity surveying activities. You’ll be responsible for leading the bid process, preparing accurate costings, and ensuring compliance with company governance. Working collaboratively across Cormac and the wider Corserv divisions, you’ll use your commercial acumen and persuasive communication to drive quality, efficiency, and business growth.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, work to exacting deadlines, and contribute to the strategic development of Cormac’s four-year plan for commercial growth.
