Job summary

Cormac is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver tendering and quantity surveying activities. You'll lead the bid process, prepare accurate costings, and ensure compliance with company governance.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent in a construction-related field and proven experience in the construction industry. This role offers flexible working hours and comprehensive benefits including a generous pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating and quantity surveying within construction.
• Strong knowledge of tendering and procurement processes.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and production of tenders.
• Prepare detailed costings and estimates for tenders.
• Manage monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.
