We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement effective cost control measures.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure budgets and specifications are met.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and agreements for procurement.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with specifications.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes as they arise.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records for all projects.
• Prepare and present monthly CVRs to the board of directors.
• Procure suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best value for clients.

What We’re Looking For

️ Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (essential).

️ Experience in cost control within the construction industry (preferred).

️ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

️ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

️ Proficiency in cost estimation and project management software.

️ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
