The Opportunity
A global real estate and development consultancy servicing a broad range of clients across services such as planning, development, asset management, lease advisory, project management, and strategic business advice.
In Manchester, they have a growing projects team of circa 30 professionals including Project Managers, Building Surveyors, and PQS Quantity Surveyors. They deliver industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments with project values around £200 million, focusing on infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.
Their flexible working approach allows individuals to operate across multiple sectors or focus on specialized areas, depending on their preference. The team follows a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days in the office per week, generally favoring more office time but accommodating remote work preferences. With a presence in over 100 offices, they combine industry experience with innovation to shape the future of commercial real estate.
MRICS qualification is highly desirable, but they will also consider individuals qualified by experience.
