Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a major highways and bridge project in Didcot. The role involves delivering NEC Option A packages, managing sub-contractor accounts, payment applications and cost reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold an HNC in Quantity Surveying with about 5–10 years of highways experience in a main contracting environment. Local-based, 5 days on site; long-term contract and immediate start on offer; inside IR35.

• HNC in Quantity Surveying required.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on highways related works within main contracting.
• Experience delivering NEC Option A packages and cost reporting.

URGENT NEED-QUANTITY SURVEYOR-DIDCOT-LONG TERM/INSIDE IR35

Our client, a top UK Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major £45m Highway and Bridge scheme in Didcot.

Duties will involve the delivery of NEC Option A smaller value subcontractors, structures and surfacing packages including overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Applications for payments and Cost Reporting.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have circa 5-10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally on Highways related works within the Main Contracting environment.

Local based is required as this is 5 days site based.

In return a top day rate is on offer along with a long term contract and immediate start for the right individual.
