Qualifications

• Experience within a Quantity Surveying role.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of cost management duties across a range of construction projects.
• Assist with cost planning, estimating, measurement, and valuations.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities and contract documentation.

Skills

Quantity Surveying experience

Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts

Commercial awareness

Strong communication skills

Education
