Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding infrastructure team based in London, supporting rail projects across London and the southeast.

This role involves handling commissions of varying sizes, typically within the £5m to £10m range, suitable for individuals with a rail background and experience in post-contract, heavy civils, and stations works. Experience with other rail systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified and MRICS
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, especially Option C
• Cost management experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
