Job summary

Taylor Wimpey seeks a Commercial Manager to support procurement, commercial and contractual aspects across BU projects. You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors and JV partners to ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities include ensuring procedures align with TW manuals, forecasting WIP and cash flow, and managing budgets. You will work on cost reporting, CVR processes and on-site valuations, using COINS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction procurement and commercial roles.
• Budgeting and cost-control knowledge.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure commercial procedures comply with the TW Commercial Manual and TW Operating Framework.
• Assist in WIP and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor, reconcile and recharge costs; manage payments with Finance.
• Attend site meetings and input data into COINS and Excel.
• Prepare Project Budgets for approval by BU Management Team.
