Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in the Construction industry.
• Ability to analyze tender allowances and prepare valuations.
• Experience in cash management and cost value reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender allowances and measure works for valuations.
• Administer Main Contract and Subcontract conditions.
• Prepare and submit interim valuations.

Skills
