Salary £36,000–£68,000 depending on experience and location. Hybrid working: 3 days in office per week, 2 days from home, across locations including Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and more.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager/Commercial Manager in infrastructure, engineering or construction.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management.
• Experience in cost management, forecasting, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Confidence managing commercial risks and working with clients and contractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial responsibilities.
• A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial responsibilities across projects.
• Engage with clients and contractors to manage commercial interfaces.
• Support cost forecasting, reporting and NEC contract administration.
