Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly respected manufacturer of bespoke products for the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports
• Manage contract administration and valuations
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risk
• Support project delivery from inception through to final account

About You:

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience within domestic and light commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
