You will liaise with management on contract and commercial issues and oversee cost/value reconciliation, valuations, and payments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Analytical approach with budgeting awareness.
• Experience delivering similar services in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with operational management on Contract and Commercial issues.
• Maintain accurate financial control systems and report Cost/Value Reconciliation monthly.
• Advise on financial aspects of contracts to maximise valuations and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor site progress and issue notices per contract procedures and timescales.
• Prepare forecasts of cost and value of all trades and monitor accordingly.
• Develop Preliminaries budgets with contract staff and report on them.
• Vet quotations to ensure competitiveness and full compliance.
• Organise regular meetings to agree variations and avoid final account issues.
• Assist with estimating as required.
• Ensure tenders are accurate and delivered on time.
