Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Hampshire is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a people-focused consultancy. You will handle a broad mix of pre- and post-contract QS services, build strong client relationships and support the team with mentoring and development.

The Role

Working across a diverse range of construction projects, you'll provide both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while building strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong pre and post-contract experience.
• A good working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to develop your career.
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
